Ayr Lawn Tennis Club (SCIO) SCO49014 has submitted an asset transfer request to purchase the Seafield Tennis Courts.
The proposal is to acquire the tennis courts, refurbish the currently dilapidated playing surface, install an electronic app based booking and access system, and have them open for use by members of Ayr Lawn Tennis Club and the general public.
The Leadership Panel of 15th February 2022 approved the asset transfer request made by Ayr Lawn Tennis Club to purchase the Seafield Tennis Courts. A copy of the decision notice is available here: Community Asset Transfer Decision Notice Ayr Lawn Tennis Club (PDF, 154 KB).
The period for public representations closed on 22nd December 2021 at 4.45pm and no representations were received.
