South Ayrshire Skills Academy

South Ayrshire Skills Academy is a learning provision for S4 pupils who have been disengaged with mainstream curriculum. The service is situated at Newton House in Ayr town centre and is staffed by two full time education providers. We provide a flexible alternative curriculum in conjunction with the pupil's current educational establishment.

We are a motivational learning environment, and our aim is to ensure a positive destination for all our young people. We work in conjunction with many external providers including Ayrshire College, Employability & Skills, UCAN, Skills Development Scotland and Community Learning and Development.
