How to request a let:
For regular lets within our facilities, please speak to a member of our Lets Team to discuss your requirements to allow us to identify the most suitable venue for you.
For one-off/short blocks of lets, please download our Let Form and email the completed form to lets@south-ayrshire.gov.uk.

*Events and other large scale bookings may attract additional costs for additional staff/cleaning etc.

Cancellations
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to lets@south-ayrshire.gov.uk.
Payment
Payment must be made in advance of your let unless agreed otherwise at the time of booking. Please log into your online account by clicking here.
