Licensing Board Policy Statement consultation

Under the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005, South Ayrshire Licensing Board are required to publish a statement of their policy in relation to their statutory functions every 5 years.  

The current process must be completed by November 2023 and the Board are now seeking views, comments and suggestions on their draft Statement of Licensing Policy.  The Board are keen to hear from as many stakeholders and interested parties as possible.

The consultation will run from 24^th May to 19^th July 2023 and the policy will be reviewed and amended, for approval in the autumn.
