Ayr show event information

This free event will take place on:

Friday 6 September 4pm - 8.30pm

Saturday 7 September 12 noon - 6pm

The site build will take place from Monday 2 September - Thursday 6 September and the event break down will be from Monday 9 September - Wednesday 11 September.  There will be security on site 24/7 during this time.

All emergency services are working closely with us to help deliver a safe event for those attending the Low Green and the wider population of Ayrshire. Security stewarding will be positioned surrounding the main event site and they will guide event attendees directly to the Esplanade and surrounding areas. 

A dedicated community engagement team will be on hand throughout the planning and delivery of the event.
