Hearing what the community has to say is important to us, therefore from now until the event we will be offering a range of engagement opportunities to answer any questions that you may have as a member of the local community.

This will include community engagement events, letters, a contact telephone number and this residents' information page, which will be kept up-to-date with the latest information.

Speak to us in person

We will be facilitating three drop-in sessions, focusing on local stakeholders and members of the community to allow everyone the opportunity to hear directly about the planned event activity. Our aim is to address any issues that may arise and to communicate everything prior to the event, but also to be responsive throughout the weekend.

Drop-in Sessions:

  • Tuesday 3 September 1pm - 5pm Carnegie Library
  • Wednesday 4 September 12.30pm - 4pm The Grain Exchange
  • Thursday 5 September 2pm - 7pm Carnegie Library
