What is Cardiac Rehabilitation?
An exercise class designed for the rehabilitation of people who have experienced cardiac events and subsequent treatment. Lead by our specialist Cardiac instructor, we aim to improve your health and wellbeing in a safe and structured environment over a 12 week course.
How do I become involved in Cardiac Rehabilitation?
You can self-refer or be referred by a health or social care professional e.g. doctor, practice nurse, physiotherapist, home care provider.

What is the cost?
Our Health Membership costs £20 per month and gives access to:
- Unlimited Health classes (HARP, Encore Broadway Boogie, Invigor8, Keep Fit Low)
- Unlimited Evolve classes
- Unlimited Gym and swimming (sauna not included)
During your consultation a member of our team will provide information on the sign up and booking process.
