Our customer services team provide easy access to information, assistance and advice on a full range of council services.

Coronavirus (COVID-19)
Since lockdown in March 2020, our Customer Services team has been offering a full service by phone on 0300 123 0900, by email and online. We have also introduced new initiatives such as phone appointments at no cost to customers. Going forward, we're looking at how and where we'll deliver face to face services as we emerge from the pandemic, in line with the Council's commitment to a green recovery.
We asked our customers to take part in a survey and a consultation to find out what they think about the way we are delivering customer services now, and how they'd like to access customer services going forward. The survey ran for 8 weeks from March - May 2021 and 466 customers took part. The consultation ran for 9 weeks from 1 November - 31 December 2021 and 429 customers participated.

Customer services are open Monday to Thursday 9am - 4:45pm and Friday 9am - 4pm. Customer service centres are closed during public holidays.

The Emergency Response Team, now run by the Health and Social Care Partnership, also offer a 24 hour service for a number of council services.
