Opening times and service information during the public holiday.

Due to the public holiday council offices and some council services will be closed on Friday 16 September 2021 and Monday 20 September 2021.
You can continue to make payments and report problems through our website.

The customer contact centres are currently closed due to COVID-19 restrictions.
Out of hours and emergency numbers
Call 0300 123 0900 for any of the following: Emergency Response Team; Emergency Homeless; Housing Repairs; Social Work Standby Service; Road and Lighting Faults; Noise helpline.
If your bin is scheduled for collection on these days please continue to put it out and it will be collected.
Recycling centres will be open as normal.
All South Ayrshire Libraries are currently closed due to COVID-19 restrictions.
Don't forget you can still download eBooks.
Ayr Registration Office will close at 4.45pm on Thursday 16th September 2021 and will re-open at 8.45am on Tuesday 21st September 2021. Girvan Registration Office remains closed due to COVID.
