Customer contact centres
The customer contact centres will be closed on Monday 5th May 2025.
Out of hours and emergency numbers
Call 0300 123 0900 for any of the following: Emergency Response Team; Emergency Homeless; Housing Repairs; Social Work Standby Service; Road and Lighting Faults; Noise helpline.

If your bin is scheduled for collection on these days please continue to put it out and it will be collected.
Recycling centres
Recycling centres will be open as normal.
Libraries
All South Ayrshire Libraries are closed public holidays.
Don't forget you can still download eBooks.
Registration Service
Ayr Registration Office will be closed on Monday 5th May 2025 and will re-open on Tuesday 6th May at 8.45 am.

Our online services will be available as usual for you to make payments, view and comment on planning applications and renew library loans.
