EVOLVE Programme - South Ayrshire Council
The Evolve Programme offers 6 months paid employment within the local authority or with 3rd sector organisations (subject to funding), giving them the experience of fair and flexible employment and enhancing the prospects of permanent employment to suit their individual needs around parental responsibilities. Thriving Communities work with SAC departments and the 3rd sector interface (TSI) to identify appropriate employment opportunities.
