PACE (Partnership Action for Continuing Employment)

Thriving Communities offers support to individuals and businesses facing redundancy through the Scottish Government's PACE (Partnership Action for Continuing Employment) programme.

Thriving Communities work closely with partners in the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) and Skills Development Scotland (SDS) to deliver this project and help get residents of South Ayrshire back into employment. Or, if residents are looking to start a new venture of their own, Thriving Communities can link you in with Business Gateway.

Thriving Communities Officer provide tailored support that may include job brokerage; work placements; confidence building; group sessions; developing work readiness skills; personal development; literacy support; vocational tasters; and digital skills training.
