How do I use the App?
Download the app by scanning the QR code on the posters in facilities or search 'SAC Leisure' in your app store. Once downloaded and registered, log in with your registration details and you'll be able to book all your usual activities.
Can I manage my bookings online?
Yes. Through our bookings website and app you're able to make, pay and even cancel bookings very easily.
How far in advance can I book?
You are still able to book up to 8 days in advance. Bookings open at 8pm.
Will I still be advised about class spaces if on a waiting list?
Yes. If you are on a waiting list for an activity and a space becomes available then emails will be sent out at regular intervals in advance of the class
Can I make a family booking?
You can set up a family group on your log in which allows you to book the whole family through that single login. We've posted some instructions here!
Can I book for a friend or something that doesn't stay at my address?
The person can book via their own online account, alternatively please give us a call on 01292 269793 where we can make the booking for everyone attending the activity.
