Diamond wedding celebrations for Angus and Rosalin

Angus and Rosalin MacDonald celebrated their Diamond Wedding Anniversary recently.

Rosalin is originally from Galashiels while Angus comes from Glasgow. They first met at the Galashiels Palais and were also married in the town.  They now live in Barassie and share a love of golf and going on holiday.

They have three children, six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Helen Moonie, Provost of South Ayrshire, congratulated the couple via video, a card and flowers were also delivered.
