Residential Waste
To use South Ayrshire recycling centres, residents require an e-permit, once you have a permit it is valid for 104 visits over 23 months and enables you to make bookings as and when required.
Before registering for your E-permit please read over our FAQs to ensure you have all the information you require to register. Each residential property is entitled to one E-permit. Duplicate E-permits will be cancelled.
You can register for a permit, make a booking, or make changes to your permit online using the buttons below. If you looking to dispose of commercial/trade waste please refer to the Commercial Waste Section of this webpage.
Register for your residential e-permit
For those who do not have digital access, our Customer Services Team can assist with registering for a permit and making a booking.
Commercial/Trade Waste
If you are a business and wish to use the sites at Troon, Maybole or Girvan you must register for your E-Permit by calling our Commercial Waste team on 01292 616436. Once you have registered and paid for your permit you will be able to book a slot using the Household Waste Recycling Booking System below.
Phone lines are open Monday to Thursday 9am-4.45 pm and 9am to 4pm on Fridays, times may differ on public holidays.
Please note if your business disposes their waste at the site at Heathfield Ayr you do not require to book an appointment on our system. Your waste must be deposited at the lower level of the Recycling Centre, where it will be weighed and a charge will be levied. Larger vans and vehicles can use this lower level area.
