Employer Engagement

The Employer Engagement Team provide support to local businesses including:

• Matching clients, engaging with Thriving Communities, to suitable and sustainable local jobs
• Providing aftercare support to clients (and where appropriate employers) when they secure employment to ensure they continue to thrive within their role
• Create a range of learning and work experience opportunities
• In partnership with SAC Procurement and Economy and Regeneration, Thriving Communities, support local employers to fulfil their Community Benefit Pledges and to create further opportunities for South Ayrshire residents.
• Organising and attending careers fairs and networking events.
