We have various schools available for regular and one-off/short blocks of lets throughout the authority as follows:

**Please note Lets cannot be booked by contacting the school directly**
Accommodation across our facilities will vary, however, majority of the schools feature Games Halls, Gym Halls, Conference Rooms, Atrium areas and so much more! Click here for pitch details.
How to request a let:
For regular lets within our facilities, please speak to a member of our Lets Team to discuss your requirements to allow us to identify the most suitable venue for you.
For one-off/short blocks of lets, please download our Let Form and email the completed form to lets@south-ayrshire.gov.uk.

Cancellations
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to lets@south-ayrshire.gov.uk
Payment
Payment must be made in advance of your let unless agreed otherwise at the time of booking. Please log into your online account by clicking here.
