• Kitchen - £13.00 (inc VAT) - Price from 1st April 2026 - £14.00
• Exclusive Use of the Building - £100 - Price from 1st April 2026 - £110.00

Function with alcohol fee (one off charge) - £80.00  - Price from 1st April 2026 - £85.00

*Events and other large scale bookings may attract additional costs for additional staff/cleaning etc.

How to request a let 

For regular lets within our facilities, please speak to a member of our Lets Team to discuss your requirements to allow us to identify the most suitable venue for you.

For one-off/short blocks of lets, please download our Let Form and email the completed form to [email protected].
