South Ayrshire Licensing Board Policy Statement

Under the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005, South Ayrshire Licensing Board are required to publish a statement of their policy in relation to their statutory functions every 5 years.  The current process must be completed by November 2023 and the Board are now seeking general views, including suggestions for improvements, on the current Statement of Licensing Policy which can be found here.  The Board are keen to hear from as many stakeholders and interested parties as possible.  Please email : licensing@south-ayrshire.gov.uk or write to South Ayrshire Council, Legal and Licensing Service, County Buildings, Wellington Square KA7 1DR, with any responses.

The initial consultation will last from 27 March 2023 until 21 April 2023, and responses received will be considered during the preparation of the new draft Statement of Licensing Policy, which will then be formally consulted on during Summer 2023.
