Maybole Community Campus - update

Work at Maybole Community Campus is progressing well with pupils and staff preparing to move into the new Carrick Academy, Culzean Primary & Early Years Centre and St Cuthbert's Primary at the start of the new school year in August.

The new swimming pool will be completed later this year and will open to the public in January 2024, allowing the schools to settle in before the local community access the site.

The second all-weather pitch is ahead of schedule and should be complete before Christmas. Demolition of the old Carrick Academy building will start after the schools move into the new building, with the whole project set for completion in June next year.

Further information on campus access arrangements including details for the pupil's first day of school, on Thursday 24 August, will be issued to parents and carers before the school summer holidays begin.
