Timeline of community engagement:

The Community Conversations in Monkton began in November 2021 and continued through to February 2021. In June 2022 the Monkton engagement outcomes paper was published.

South Ayrshire Council is currently supporting the community council to develop a community-led action plan. The plan is at its final stages and will soon be available for presentation and discussion with the residents in Monkton and other interested stakeholders. The community-led action plan will also support the Monkton Local Place Plan to be registered with the South Ayrshire Council.
