Pathways for Adults Volunteering in Education (PAVE)

PAVE is an 8 week work experience programme that gives participants an opportunity to volunteer within a school setting, either within the classroom or supporting with clerical tasks within the school office. Participants gain an employability related qualification at SCQF level 4 as well as work-based qualifications including Emergency First Aid at work. 

Participants are supported by their Employability Officer throughout their time on placement and to develop CVs, job applications and plan a structured pathway to future employment following the 8-week programme.
