Community Event Application Form

Please note Galas/Community fun days requesting equipment can ONLY be booked from 1st January to 31st March of that year to allow adequate time for resources to be put in place. It is also on a first come first served basis

Please Note
1. To hold an event in South Ayrshire there is now a requirement to complete a simple pre-event application form.
  This form should be submitted at least eight weeks in advance of your event, but the more notice you can give the better.
  
  If your event requires a Public Entertainment License you must submit your application form before applying for your license. More information can be found on our licensing pages.
2. You will be asked to upload the following documents:
  - A Site Plan
  - Proof of Insurance (minimum £5 million Public Liability Insurance required)
  - A Health and Safety Plan, including a First Aid Plan, Risk Assessment, Emergency Procedures and Cancellation Plans
