Book a School or 3G Pitch
Information on how to book a school or 3G pitch.
Register Your Team
To register a team for play on our 3G pitches, click here. A "Corporate Account" will be created for all registered teams, all teams must be registered prior to making a booking and registration should be carried out Annually.
- If you have a Leisure membership (Gym/Swim etc) with us, please use a different email address when registering. You will only be able to make a pitch booking with a Corporate Account.
Booking Online
Once registered, customers with Corporate Accounts will be able to book pitches as follows:
- Pitches will be available 9 days in advance for registered teams for Saturday & Sunday only
- Pitches will be available without guaranteed changing facilities - please see further guidance below.
- All sessions are for a duration of 1 hour - for 2 hours, please book 2 sessions.
- Customers should select the relevant age group (Under 18's or Adults) playing before booking.
To Book without guaranteed Changing Facilities
These pitches can be booked online (without guaranteed changing facilities):
Queen Margaret Academy - two pitches - one football/rugby pitch and one football pitch
Riverside Sports Arena two pitches - one football/rugby pitch and one football pitch (formally known as Ayr Academy pitch)
Toilet access will be available for all bookings.

To Book all other pitches & request changing facilities*
Please complete a booking request form for these pitches:
Belmont Academy - one 3G football pitch and one grass pitch
Maybole Community Campus - two pitches - one football/rugby pitch and one football pitch
Marr College - two pitches, one football/rugby pitch, one sand-dressed hockey pitch and Grass Pitches. Click here for specific pitch details at Marr pitches, and parking arrangements.
Prestwick Academy - one 3G football pitch and one grass pitch

Queen Margaret Academy with changing facilities*.
Riverside Sports Arena with changing facilities*.

Cancellation Periods
Weekend bookings made online and/or with less than 9 days' notice must be cancelled before 10am on a Friday to receive a credit note.
Weekend bookings, or Friday night match play, made with more than 9 days' notice must be cancelled in writing by midday on a Monday, at no charge.
Regular lets running Monday to Friday - 10 days' notice for cancellation.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to lets@south-ayrshire.gov.uk

How to request a let:
For regular lets within our facilities, please speak to a member of our Lets Team to discuss your requirements to allow us to identify the most suitable venue for you.
For one-off/short blocks of lets, please download our Let Form and email the completed form to lets@south-ayrshire.gov.uk.

Payment
Payment must be made in advance of your let unless agreed otherwise at the time of booking. Please log into your online account by clicking here.
