Request an additional bin

To request additional recycling wheelie bins or food waste caddy complete the request form below. If you are a new occupier or in a new build use this form to request your bins.

Eligibility criteria

You can request an additional general waste green/green lidded non-recycling bin if you meet at least 1 of the following criteria:

• 6 or more permanent residents in the home
• health related waste such as bed pans, urine containers, incontinence pads, catheter or colostomy bags, dialysis packaging

There's no eligibility criteria for requesting additional recycling bins, however we will  only service a maximum of 2 recycling bins per household per collection.
