Ayr show event information

This free event will take place on:

Friday  8^th September 2023           4pm - 9.15pm

Saturday 9^th September 2023        12 noon - 6.30pm

Sunday  10the September 2023     12 noon - 5pm

The site build will take place from the Monday 4^th Sept - Thursday 7^th September and the event break down will be from Monday 11^th - Wednesday 13^th September.  There will be security on site 24/7 during this time.

All emergency services are working closely with us to help deliver a safe event for those attending the Low Green and the wider population of Ayrshire. Security stewarding will be positioned surrounding the main event site and they will guide event attendees directly to the Esplanade and surrounding areas. 

A dedicated community engagement team will be on hand throughout the planning and delivery of the event. Matthew Lamb of This is EventoS, will be managing community engagement along with the Thriving Communities team from South Ayrshire Council.
