Course Pre-requisites
- Be 16+ years of age on the date of assessment
- Jump / dive into deep water
- Swim 50 metres in no more than 60 seconds
- Swim 100 metres continuously on front and 100m continuously on back n deep water, tread water for 30 seconds
- Surface dive to the floor of the pool
- Climb out of the pool unaided without using a ladder / steps where the pool design permit
Cost
£275.00 per course.
How to apply

- Attend a General Swim session at any of our facilities - our Swimming Timetables are available here.
- Speak to Reception on arrival to ensure there is a space in the course you want to attend, prior to completing your Course Pre-requisites (details above).
- If you pass the Course Pre-requisites, you will be asked to complete an application form. (If you are under 18, please ensure you take a parent/carer along with you to sign the form.)
- You must submit the completed application form to Reception and pay for your course prior to leaving the facility - you will only be guaranteed a space in the course once you have done this.
