Cardiac Rehabilitation

An exercise class designed for the rehabilitation of people who have experienced cardiac events and subsequent treatment. Lead by our specialist Cardiac instructor, we aim to improve your health and wellbeing in a safe and structured environment over a 12 week course.

How do I become involved in the classes?

You can self-refer or be referred by a health or social care professional e.g. doctor, practice nurse, physiotherapist, home care provider.

Cost

All classes are included within our health membership which costs £20 per month.  This gives access to:

• All health classes
• Evolve classes
• Gym and Swim (sauna not included)

During your consultation a member of our team will provide information on the sign up and booking process.
