1. Before starting your application, please make sure have the following required items:
  Photos of your existing shopfront
  
  Scaled drawings:
  
  Must be to scale and show elevation frontage and a cross-section of the property.
  
  Should show the building as it is and how it will look after the proposed work is done.
  
  Must make clear what work will be done and they correspond to the specification of works and quotes for the work.
  
  If you are the owner, a copy of your Title to confirm ownership
  
  If you are a tenant or leaseholder, a copy of your formal lease, along with the written consent of the owner and a copy of the owner’s Title
  
  If you are the leaseholder, a lease with at least 2 years remaining
  
  Confirmation of VAT status
