Request a replacement bin
If you are requesting a replacement brown bin OR you have moved into a new build property requiring delivery of all bins please call 01292 559 342.
Residents can request a replacement bin that is damaged or has went missing. Residents with a damaged bin will have to provide photographic evidence of the damage before the bin will be replaced. A damaged bin is classed as a bin that has one of the following:
- Bin Body OR Bin Lid Split
- Lid missing
- Wheel damaged/fell off
- Fire Damage
We will not replace bins that are dirty. If you have a bin that you feel requires to be cleaned this is the resident's responsibility South Ayrshire Council do not provide this service.

We'll aim to deliver your replacement bin and remove your damaged bin within 10 working days.
